Johne L. Mohlmaster

Johne L. Mohlmaster, age 71, of Akron, passed away on Wednesday March 27, 2024. She was born in Akron, Ohio on July 28, 1952 to the late Fred and Rita (Heimberger) Yergin and attended Hammel College. She was a Store Room Keeper for the City of Akron's Water Department retiring in 2017. She loved gardening and puzzles. She enjoyed traveling, baking cakes and making candy. Johne also enjoyed making fleece blankets and giving them to family and friends.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Michelle Mohlmaster; grandchildren Sarah (Michael) Vandervaart, James (Angela) Belland, Melyssa (Corey) Saunier; great-grandchildren Bently, Lily and Liam Vandervaart, RaeLynn and Jayce Saunier; sister Lois (Ken) Stanley; brothers Jerry (Kathi) Yergin, Fred "Butch" (Laurie) Yergin; and other relatives including brother-in-law Pat Kavon and friends including special friend Patty Pratt.

She was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Mohlmaster; sisters Linda Kavon and Vickie Yergin; and ex-husband Michael Louie Mohlmaster.
