Johnny Kimble Fletcher

Johnny K. Fletcher "Kim", 58, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on March 18, 2021. He was born in Akron on September 6, 1962, graduated from East High School, and retired from the University of Akron after 30 years of service. After retiring, Johnny enjoyed relaxing with family and friends.
Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Wylie Fletcher and his grandparents. He will be dearly missed by his mother and stepfather, Betty Fletcher and Garreth Richards; brothers, Keith (Jamie) Fletcher and Ken (Marcia) Fletcher; nephew, Jeremy Rogers; nieces, Natalie Cubbal and Lauren Fletcher; great-niece, Layla Cubbal; great-nephew, Joey Cubbal; stepbrother, Gary (Rene) Richards; stepsisters, Carol (John) Brown, Shelly (Paul) Plazak, and Kristy (Chad) Smith; and his Akron U family.
A private service will be held to celebrate Johnny's life.
