Jonathan "Jonny" Jones
Jonny Jones, 23, went straight into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, August 8, 2013. He was born September 1, 1989 in Akron and lived in Green all of his life.
Jonny survived against all odds through childhood cancer, heart failure, and a heart transplant. He inspired and encouraged others and knew no strangers. He was full of life even in his sickest moments and did it his way. He loved music, movies, the outdoors, sports especially basketball, and his girlfriend Leah. He was soon to finish his Marketing degree at Stark State.
Jonny is survived by his parents, Todd Jones (Karen Butusov) and Karen Kirkpatrick Jones, brother, JD Jones, Aunt Missy and cousin Molly Jones, Uncle Steve Jones, Aunt Kathy and Uncle Steve Langstaff.
