Joseph Henry Wilson, 79, of Akron, passed away May 8, 2012. He was born in Belington, West Virginia on December 16, 1932 to the late Charles and Minnie Wilson.
Joe was a long distance truck driver for his entire life. His love of trucking encouraged other family members to pursue the same career. Joe proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. In his free time, he enjoyed flowers and gardening. Above all, Joe loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kurt, Gale, and Bobby. He is survived by his children, Ken, Joe Jr., Phil, and Debbie (Richard); grandchildren, Evan, Billy, Brieanna, and Adam; brothers, Richard and Francis (Betty); and special great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
