Joseph M. Jagiela, "Big Joe", age 57, of Akron, Ohio, died at his home on October 31, 2021.
He was born on August 18, 1964 in Warren, Ohio, the son of the late Edward and Nola (nee Emery) Jagiela.
Big Joe was a landscaper for various landscaping companies. He enjoyed fishing, cookouts, music, and he loved his dogs, Ellie and Luna, however, his greatest love and joy were his children.
Survivors include his wife, the former Patti Fridley, whom he married on February 3, 1986; his children, Molly Jagiela and Nicholas Jagiela; and his sister, Jean Chrest.
Other than his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his son, Tyler Jagiela.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 444305.
Following the memorial service, calling hours will continue until 7:00 PM.
