Joseph M. Knoblock, Sr.
Joseph M. Knoblock, Sr., 82, passed away April 21, 2006. Joseph proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant MP. In his free time, he enjoyed stock car races, hunting, and fishing. He was devoted to his family and will be missed by all who knew him. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, George and Donna; brother, Leonard; and grandsons, Joey and George. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Erma; daughter, Donna (Larry) Johnston; sons, Joseph M. (Vickie) Knoblock, Jr. and Robert T. Knoblock; sister, Eileen Sadler; grandchildren, Larry, Scott, Sherry, Joel, Dusty, Jackie, Bobbi Jo, Emily, and George; and ten great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. Private burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.newcomerfamily.com.
