Joseph A. H. LeBorgne
Joseph A. H. LeBorgne, 75, of Akron, passed away October 28, 2004 at the Veterans Hospital in Brecksville. He was born January 5, 1929 in Berlin, New Hampshire to the late Alphonse & Isabelle LeBorgne. He was a retired Sergeant from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. He actively served in WWII, the Korean War and Vietnam. Joseph was an avid fisherman and was a member of the American Legion and DAV. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Todd LeBorgne and a brother, Ernie LeBorgne. He is survived by his sons, Mark (Mary) Sr. of Phoenix AZ, George (Teresa) of Akron and Josh of Tallmadge; grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark Jr., Christy, Allison, Emily and Todd; sisters, Marie Mowder and Jeannette Fredericks; brother, Leon (Linda); special friends, Helen LeBorgne and Betty White. Calling hours will be Monday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. WEDNESDAY at the funeral home with Rev. Scott Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
