Joseph "Joe" Lowe
Joseph "Joe" Lowe, 90, passed away November 16, 2006 at the Hospice Care Center. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Arthur & Hessie (Lowe) on July 16, 1916. Preceded in death by his daughter, Jo Ann and son, Jeremiah Lowe. Joe is survived by his daughter, Janet Richard; grandchildren, Kenneth Lowe of New York, Karen Ed of Akron, Marcus Lowe of Indiana, Jeremiah Lowe of California; sisters, Sylvia (Henry) Person and Harriet Milbry of Akron; 9 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 21 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. with Rev. S. Beans officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m., Tuesday until the service begins. Interment will follow at Mt. Peace Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.NewcomerFamily.com
