Joseph Mack Harter, 74, passed away on March 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie; son, Scott (Shelly); granddaughters, Peyton and Paris. He served in the Army and retired from the A.C.&Y and Norfolk Southern Railroads.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 16 from 3-6 at the Eagles Club, 5899 Manchester Rd. Route 93, Manchester, OH 44319.
