Joseph "Joey" Vargo
Joseph "Joey" Vargo, 48, passed away on June 23, 2006. Joey was a member of AA and enjoyed painting, fishing, and animals. He was a kind and caring person who loved his children and his family; he was always there when they needed him. Joey will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by his father Joseph John Vargo, Jr. Survivors include his mother Jeanette "Dolly" Vargo; special mom Bev Foose; sons Joseph and Matthew; daughters Brittany and Justine; sisters Ellen Eldridge and Dottie (John) Mash; nieces Brandy and Trisha (Steve); nephew Brandon; companion Cindy Grof; and many dear friends. Cremation has taken place. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 4-6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Memorial service immediately following at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made at www.NewcomerFamily.com.
