Joyce Marie Border

Joyce Marie Border (Fulkerson), 91, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on August 14, 2022 in Sachse, Texas. She was born on October 22, 1930 in Akron, Ohio to the late Murray and Ersa Fulkerson. She was a 1949 graduate of the Old South High School in Akron.
Throughout her career she worked at S.S. Kresge, Credit Finance, and The Strand Theatre.
She was a faithful follower of the Lord and attended Faith Bible Fellowship church in Tallmadge and Northplace Church in Sachse TX. She loved people, and enjoyed visiting with people which illuminated her soul and made her eyes sparkle.
In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death in 1999 by her husband of 43 years, Richard Border.
Joyce will be dearly missed by her sons and daughter-in-law, Craig Border, Daniel and Jennifer Border; grandchildren, Nicole Frumkin, Amanda Border, David Border, Dustin Border, Nicole Border and great grandchildren, Daniel Mendoza, Madisyn Mendoza, Melody Border, Eliza Frumkin and Dominic Border.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 10-12 followed by a 12 noon funeral service at Faith Bible Fellowship, 126 W. Overdale Dr, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278, Pastor Les Sutherland officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
