Joyce F. Stabler, age 87, of Akron, Ohio, was called by the Lord, peacefully, at her home on October 25, 2022.
She was born on June 4, 1935 in Akron, the daughter of the late Raymond and Felicia (nee Steyer) Summers.
Joyce was a part-time secretary for her husband's business, Laurence Aircraft in Akron/Canton. She was also a terrific homemaker, cook and awesome mother. Joyce was very gracious, caring and giving. She loved the Lord and her family.
Survivors include her loving son, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Stabler; and her three grandchildren.
Joyce is having a grand reunion in Heaven with her husband, Laurence A. Stabler; her daughter, Nancy Lehmann; and her two brothers, Kenny and Warren Summers.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305.
