Juanita Kathryn Cetrone, age 74 of Akron, Ohio, died on December 2, 2022.
She was born on June 27, 1948 in Parsons, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Golden Ray and Goldie Kathryn (nee Carr) Shaffer.
Juanita will be dearly missed by her sisters, Betty (Joseph) Rhinehart, Janet (Ronald) Rhinehart and Patricia Shaffer; step-children, Vickie (William) Desatnik, Dennis (Heather) Cetrone Jr. and Kenneth Cetrone; step-grandchildren, Lindsie (Jaryn), Kaylee, Dante, Andrew, Victoria, Julia and Kody; great-grandchildren, Kaysen and Baker; and many other relatives and friends that mourn her loss. She also leaves her beloved cat, Nateaka.
Other than her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Michael Cetrone Sr., on March 13, 2022, they were united in marriage on January 15, 1988.
Juanita loved animals, she loved to work in her garden and shop. She also loved attending Living Word Church and visiting with her friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 444305.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
Juanita will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery alongside her husband.
