Julia D. Jarvis went home to be with JESUS on January 1, 2022. She passed away quickly from COVID-19.
She was born June 21, 1943 in eastern Kentucky to the late Jack and Erietta Ward (Ray). She grew up in Tallmadge and lived most of her life in Green. Julia was a graduate of Springfield High School, a stay-at-home mother, and at one time a real estate agent. She was a JOYFUL member of the First Apostolic Church of Tallmadge for many years. Her greatest JOY was spending time with the LORD, her family and friends and creating memories at the farm in West Virginia.
She is survived by her husband, Don Jarvis; son, Gregory Don Jarvis; daughter, Regina (Frank); grandchildren, Anna (Jake) and Matthew; and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves her siblings, Magdalene (Bud), Larry, Paul, and Darrell (Donna); and many nieces and nephews.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Clarence, Peggy, and Debra.
Due to COVID concerns, private services and burial will be held. Pastor Kenneth Bulgrin officiating. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Apostolic Church of Tallmadge, 199 South Avenue, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
