June Marie Petty (Teague)
June Marie Petty (Teague), 77, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. June was a devoted Christian, a faithful member of East Market St. Church of God, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is cherished by all and will be remembered through her husband Harold Petty, of Akron; daughters Linda (John) Kornas, of Greenwood, SC, and Shari (Rik) Boyd, of Jacksonville, FL; son Robert (Holly) Petty, of Reynoldsburg, OH; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and brothers James "Sonny" and Kenneth Crew. She was preceded in death by husband Clarmon "Curley" Teague; son David Teague; and sister Norma Starn. Calling hours will be TODAY, 5-8 p.m. and Thursday, 12-1 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m., Pastor O.L. Henderson officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
