June Marie Thomas

June Marie Thomas, 79, beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully December 29, 2022 with her family by her side. Born in Cleveland, Ohio to William and Dorothy, she resided in the Cleveland area most of her life until moving to Tallmadge, Ohio. June's greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She also loved cooking, baking and watching the Browns.

In addition to her parents June was preceded in death by her daughter Debbie Hughes (Scott); siblings, Don Battes and Bill Battes. She will be sadly missed by her children; Dori (Mike) Suchecki, Sam (Kim) Thomas, Jenny Thomas (Harlan); grandchildren, Samantha, Kayla (Dave), Nicole (Nick), Joe, Jacob, Jessica, Rianna, Ryan, Collin, and Cameron; great grandchildren, Devyn, Peyton, and Emmett; siblings, Carol Trodden, Sylvia McHenry and many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of June's Life will take place January 21, 2023 at Behind The Woods 21919 Center Ridge Rd, Rocky River 44116 from 12pm-3pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Providence House Cleveland, provhouse.org, which was an organization very dear to her and where she volunteered.
