Justine Sieving-Berry
Justine "Judy" Sieving-Berry, 85, passed away April 19, 2011 at her home with her loving husband, Victor "Tom", at her side. She volunteered helping the Developmentally Disabled at the Arc of Summit and Portage Counties for 35 years. Justine was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Barberton, Akron Women's City Club and the College Club of Akron. She was an avid golfer, bridge player, and enjoyed reading. Justine was a retired English teacher, who taught at several Akron area high schools. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Sieving; parents, Taylor and Golda Christy; brother, Edward Christy; and grandson, Stephen Andrew King. Justine is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Victor "Tom" Berry; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Cyndy Sieving; daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Wade King; daughter, Jamiea Sieving; sister, Anne Kiehl; and grandchildren, Paul, Becky, and Christy King. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, June 11, at 2 pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Barberton, 636 West Park Ave, Barberton, OH, 44203. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arc of Summit and Portage Counties.
