Katherine Louise Berish, age 50, of Kent, Ohio, died on August 23, 2021.
She was born on November 27, 1970 in Barberton, the daughter of the late Billy and Susan (nee Timmons) Lunsford Sr.
Katherine was a homemaker who enjoyed raising hell. Her greatest joy was being a proud mother of three and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Kayla (Jerry) Bentz, Phillip (Rebekah Yeager) Berish Jr and Kelsey (Frank) Scalish; her grandchildren, Angel and Jerry Bentz and Phillip III and Magnus Berish and one on the way. Also surviving are her siblings, Lisa Lunsford and Brian Lunsford.
Other than her parents, Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Berish, on August 6, 2007; her brother, Billy Lunsford Jr.
Family and friends may visit from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron. Following calling hours, Katherine will be cremated.
