Kathleen C. Rouse (nee Kasper), "Cathy", age 70, of Akron, Ohio, earned her wings on January 13, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Akron due to complications of Covid 19.
She was born on February 6, 1950 in Berlin, Germany, the daughter of the late Theobald "Ted" Walter Alexander and Edith Kathe "Katie" (nee Burkoswki) Kasper.
Cathy leaves behind her loving and devoted husband, Gerald L. Rouse Sr., "Jerry", whom she married on March 26, 1982, they shared 38 wonderful years of marriage; she also leaves behind her step-daughter, Leslie D. Rouse Simone and her step-son, Gerald L. Rouse Jr., "Jerry"; and her two sisters, Caroline and Margaret.
Kathleen enjoyed volunteering for the Metro Parks and taking pictures for them. She also loved her cats, plants and extensively traveling with her husband.
Cremation will take place and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
