Kathleen E. Vincent

Kathleen E. Vincent, 84, passed away on December 23, 2022. She was born on August 10, 1938 the daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Anderson. She was an avid Cleveland sports fan, rooting on the Cavaliers, Browns and the Guardians. Kathleen also enjoyed watching game shows and the news. Kathleen loved going to concerts with family and friends and listening to Bluegrass and Country Music. She had many accomplishments but her greatest was her love of family especially her grandchildren. She loved being a Grandma especially watching them play sports or activities with their schools.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Harold Anderson and Paul Anderson; and beloved daughter Brenda Weist.
Kathleen is survived by her loving family, children Wanda (Mark) Hsu, Larry (Stephanie) Weist, Carol (Dennis) Messner, and Karen (John Brooks) Carpinelli; step-children LaVonne Vincent and Ronald Vincent; grandchildren Christopher, Joshua, Joseph, Ashley, Jessica, Andrew, Jared, Anna, Alisa, and Ty; siblings Charles (Connie) Anderson and Mary Ann (Gary) Beltoya; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday December 30th from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 11:00am with Pastor Dwayne Ray officiating.
Interment will be held at Hillside Memorial Park.
