Keith S. Metzger

Keith S. Metzger, 51, passed away on June 8, 2019. He was born on June 15, 1967 in Wickliffe, OH to late parents Paul and Shirley Metzger. Keith enjoyed having family over to show off his barbecuing skills and also loved fishing. He was a skilled craftsman in cabinetry and lamination.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Metzger. He is survived by his sister, Debbie (Mark) Deering; brothers, Bryan Metzger, Gary Metzger; half-siblings, Phil Sudia of Naples, FL, and Shantimayi of Arles Surtec S. France; son, Keith S. Metzger II; nieces, Brandy, Ashley, Courtney, Brittany, Sadie; nephews, Andrew, Steven, Jay, Zachary; and the loves of his life, his two furry companions Bandit and Harley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26 from 4-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A celebration of life will begin at 7pm. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the family towards funeral expenses.
