Brian "Keith" Witherspoon, 57, of Akron, passed away April 17, 2012. He was born in Lenoir, NC on November 30, 1954. Keith loved so many things, instrumental music, his wonder dog, Abigail, but most of all, watching movies with his boys.
He was preceded in death by his son, Brian; father, Joe; sister, Sheri Moore.
Keith is survived by his loving wife, Dottie; daughter, Heather (David) Meeks; step-daughters, Jodi (Brett) Evans and Stacy (Troy) Sommers; grandsons, Brandon, Bailey, Brice, Zackery, Ty, Jayden and Davey who he loved deeply; mother, Chanie; brothers, Ric and Mark.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 3-5 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a memorial service will follow at 5 PM with Rev. Harvey Calhoun officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paws & Prayers, PO Box 2864, Akron, OH 44309.
