Kenneth Allen

Kenneth R. Allen, 46, of Akron, went to Heaven to be in the loving arms of his father on Sept. 15, 2005. He was born in Akron, and lived most of his life in Coventry Twp. He was a graduate of Coventry High School and worked for Herman Machine. Ken enjoyed playing pool, fishing, boating and the outdoors. He also enjoyed visiting his sister in the state of Washington. Ken was a loving and generous person who was loved by all who met him. He will be greatly missed by all his family, friends and co-workers. He is preceded in death by his father William Howard Allen. Ken is survived by his mother Lois (Cahill) Allen of Akron, daughter Marchona of Uniontown, son Kenneth William of Uniontown, sisters Carol Kay of Akron, Debbie (Steve) Sedaker of Vancouver, WA, and Sherry (Gary) Doak of Green, brother Bruce Allen of Akron and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005 from 2-6 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Phil Holgin officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME (330)-784-3334.
