Kenneth Lee Frisbee, Sr.

Pastor Kenneth Lee Frisbee Sr., faithfully served the Lord Jesus Christ from age 19 until his passing at 88 on October 21, 2017.
He was born in Marion, NC on December 25, 1928 to parents, Roy and Mae (Maney) Frisbee.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Betty; sons, Kenneth Lee Frisbee Jr. (Nancy) of Marion, NC and Dennis Wayne Frisbee (Lois) of Brimfield, OH; brothers, Cecil, Bruce, and Bobby; sisters, Ruby (deceased), Ruth, Betty Jo, and Sandra; seven grandchildren, Kenny III (Laura) and Todd (Lesley) of California, Megan and John of Marion, NC, Sheila (David) of Green, Roy (Kerri) and David (Kelly) of Tallmadge; and fourteen great-grandchildren; He also leaves his church family which he pastored for 57 years, friends who fondly remember his love and concern for them all.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at Akron Free Will Baptist Church, 1802 Eastwood Ave, Akron, OH 44305 where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ron Bauman officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Akron Free Will Baptist Church.
