Kenneth P. Lott, 75, passed away on February 6, 2024. He was born on September 4, 1948 the son of the late Chester and Kathleen Lott. He graduated with the class of 1966 from Copley High School. Kenny then proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force for Four Years. He was employed with Bellow, Goodyear Aerospace and retired from Firestone Machine in 2012. In his early years Kenny enjoyed drag racing and riding his Harley with his wife Sandra. Later in life was an avid golfer. Kenny had many achievements, but his greatest was his love for his family, especially attending his grandchildren's sporting events and just spending time with them. Anyone who knew Kenny, knew he was funny, silly, had the best laugh, and was a captivating story teller. His laugh and smile were infectious.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Sandra L. Lott; beloved sister Linda (Dan) Mullin; niece Rachel Mullin; nephew Michael (Trista) Mullin. Children Michael (Janeaby) McCartney, Robert (Teresa) McCartney, Michelle (Brad) Hackathorn; grandchildren Todd, Whitney, Austin, E.J., Brooklyn, Savannah, David, Shelby, Grace, and Ysabella; great-grandsons Brayden and Carter; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, February 15th and 10:00am to 11:00am Friday, February 16th at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 11:00am with Pastor Kenneth Bulgrin officiating.
Interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
