Kenneth W Moede

Kenneth W. Moede, 66, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2022. He was born on November 20, 1955 the son of the late Arthur and Rachel Moede. He was a man of faith and attended Freewill Baptist Church. Kenneth enjoyed fishing, playing pool and scratching of lottery tickets.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Marla Ruark; and fiance Bonnie Saunders.
Kenneth is survived by his sister Debbie (Gary Slaven) Hickman; brother Robert Moede; nephews Charles (Aretta) Hickman and Phillip (Julie) Hickman; nieces Angela (Rick) Swindell, Rachel Brunson, Lori (Buddy) Kim, Stephanie Robinson, Colleen Lewis and Casandra Lewis; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00AM at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd. Akron) where services will be held at 11:00AM with Pastor Scott Campbell officiating.
Interment will be held at Hillside Memorial Park.
