Kenneth Simeon Pownall Jr.

Kenneth Simeon Pownall Jr., 82, of Akron, passed away on February 9, 2024. He was born on January 2, 1942 to the late Kenneth and Elizabeth {Coghan} Pownall.

In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his wife Beverly; sons Kenny and Keith Pownall; sisters Donna and Barbara; brothers Ard, Donald, Jerry and Dane.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter Penny Pownall; sisters Charlotte Carson and Rosalie Waid; brother Richard Pownall; grandchildren Kimi, Jeremy, Brittany and Tana; great-granddaughter Ariana.

Akron, OH 44305 on Thursday, February 15th from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow the service at Hillside Memorial Park, where Ken will be laid to rest with Beverly.
