Kevin James Shepherd
Kevin James Shepherd, 46, of Akron, passed away March 26, 2008. Kevin was born in Akron on April 18, 1961. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Shepherd; grandparents, James and Freda Ferres and Roy and Catherine Anderson; and stepbrothers, Richard and Jerry Anderson. He will be deeply missed by his parents, Bernice and Richard Anderson; sisters, Kelly (Ed) Tennant and Lynn Anderson; grandmother, Pauline Shepherd; several nieces and nephews; and good friends, Randy and Cheryl. Visitation will take place Monday from 10-12 followed by a 12 p.m. memorial service with Pastor Michael Pumphrey officiating at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kevin's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
