It is with great sadness to announce that on May 3, 2021 Kevin D. Spivey, age 32, has unexpectedly made his transition to be with the Lord.
Kevin was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. He attended Cuyahoga Falls High School, where he played football, basketball and ran track. When school wasn't in session he would run track with The West Akron Track Team. Kevin was very athletic and as an adult he also played football for The Lorain County Nightmares Semi Professional Football Non-Profit Organization.
He followed in his Great Grandfather Isaiah and his Great Isaiah Uncle's footsteps as he loved to bowl and was only shy of 1 pin of a perfect 300.
The night he passed away he was scheduled to play in a top tournament. He loved all types of sports but bowling was his favorite.
He grew up attending Grace Cathedral and participated in their Youth Choir, the Jubilee's and the Crusaders. He later joined H.Templeton Ministries where he was part of the musical department playing the drums.
Kevin also loved the outdoors and was employed with Schill Grounds Management where he was a Landscaper. He had immaculate skills to provide high quality lawn care. He loved the lawn care business, it brought him much joy and pride. He had a desire to satisfy the customers.
