Larry A. Nida
Larry A. Nida, 66, passed away February 4, 2005. Larry served his country in the U.S. National Guard. He was employed as a sheet metal worker for 43 years. Larry was a kind, loving person and will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Vada, and his son, Calvin. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Gail; sons, John and Hugo (Melissa); grandson, Jacob; brothers, Delmar (Linda) and Chuck (Mary); many other relatives and friends. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Oakhill Presbyterian Church, 2406 Ardwell Ave, Akron wih Pastors Brian Nutt and Robert Webb officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. If desired, memorials in Larrys name may be made to the North Akron Dialysis Center, the Akron City Hospital Dialysis Center, or the Mansfield Kidney Center.
