Larry R. Beck, 74, of Mogadore, went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2010. He was born January 30, 1936 in Akron, Ohio to the late Arthur E. & Faye (White) Beck. Larry was a devoted family man and one you could always count on. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Jennie Beck; daughter, Diane R. Berkley; sons, Gary E. (Kathy) and Larry A. (Lynne) Beck; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Hale, Doris Fisher (Dean) and Barbara Ivy (Kenny); brother, Arthur Beck (Eleanor). Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 - 5 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ravenna Assembly of God, 6401 State Rt. 14, Ravenna on Monday beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Gary E. Beck officiating. NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 330-784-3334
