Laura K. Murray went home to be with her Lord on Janaury 5, 2011. She was preceded in death by her mother, E. Jayne Staton; husbands, Jimmy Murray and Lee Eastridge. She is survived by son, Charles C. Murray (Amy); grandchildren, Gage, Kailin, and Brenna; father, John Staton; sisters, Donna Six (Eugene) and Brenda Staton; and special friend, Dan Hartman. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Laura was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse, having worked in the Akron and Cleveland areas. She was active in the local art community. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10-11 followed by an 11 a.m. funeral service with Rev. Bob Stephens officiating.
