Lawrence J. Sigler, 65, of Akron, passed away June 12, 2006. Lawrence proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mary Jane and brother, Robert. He is survived by his siblings, Caroline (Ralph) Grunder, Donald E. Sigler, Charles Sigler, Carl Buchanan, and Ernest (Pamela) Buchanan, and Mary Ann (John) Gold; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., with visitation for one hour prior. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
