Lee W. Sullivan
Lee W. Sullivan was born on June 22, 1939 in Redstone Twp., PA. He passed away on January 7, 2016. He was honorably discharged from the US Army as Specialist 4th Class. He retired from Chrysler in 1995. Lee was an avid golfer, sports fan, and a wood worker. He was a faithful member of The Church on the Hill. He will be loved and missed by many.
Lee is preceded in death by his father and mother, Sam B. Sullivan and Elle E. Stratton; daughter, Connie Vick; two brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Sullivan; children, Patricia (Tony) Lucarell, Ronnie (Daphne) Mullins, Brenda (James) Gibbs, Michelle Joseph; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Sam (Rose) Sullivan; son in-law, Walter Vick; and countless friends.
Family will receive friends on Saturday January 16, 2016 from 12-2pm with the funeral service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Pastor Jeremy Walden officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery in Indiana, PA on Monday January 18th at 12noon.
