Lena Belle Fretz, age 96 of Akron passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. She was born in Ravenswood, WV on August 18, 1925 to the late Harry and Annie {Archer} Pigott.
In addition to her parents, Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Fretz Jr., their son David Fretz and her three sisters, Goldie, Doris and Myrtle.
Lena's memory will always be cherished by her son Donald Fretz; grandchildren Chrystal Fretz and Holly (Jason) Hartman; great-grandchildren Odin Singleton, Julia Hartman, Kaitlyn Hartman and Ian Hartman.
Per Lena's wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lena's name may be made to your local animal shelter. To leave a message for Lena's family, please scroll below.
