Lillian Dolores Eggert

Lillian Dolores Eggert, 84, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on November 13, 2018. Lillian enjoyed spending time with her family, which was very important to her. Her home was always open to them. She enjoyed gardening, pampering her pets, being outdoors, watching classic movies, singing and dancing, and most of all the good times with Ron.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Ronald L. Eggert; son, Stephen Eggert; daughter-in-law, JoAnne Trout; mother, Lillian M. Harmel; step-father, Fred Harmel; and brother, Ken Harmel. She is survived by her children, Don Trout, Larry (Joyce) Eggert, Joe (Darla) Eggert, Joyce Eggert, Lisa Eggert; 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren and 3 more on the way; daughter-in-law, Sharon; sister, Gloria Stone.

Visitation will be held from 3-6pm on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Memorial service will begin at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the ASPCA or St. Jude's in Lillian's honor.
