Lillian A. Snowberger

Lillian A. Snowberger, 81, passed on to her eternal reward, June 29, 2007. Lillian was born October 18, 1925 to N.I. (Dewey) and Lillian M. Grilley, at the family farm near Wolseth, ND. She graduated from Glenburn High School. November 9, 1947, she married Mark Snowberger who passed away in 1997. She lovingly cared for him through 27 years of MS. Lillian moved to Akron, Ohio in 2004 to live with her daughter. Lillian was a member and deaconess of the Surrey Church of the Brethren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers; and 4 sisters. She is survived by her children, Ruby Myers, Akron, OH, and Donald Snowberger, Souix Falls, SD; grandchildren Elizabeth, Gregory, Christine, and Daniel; great-grandson Bradley; 3 brothers; 1 sister; "adopted" son and daughter Keith and Deb Christensen; and many other family and friends. Funeral service will be Monday, 2 p.m. at Tallmadge First Church of God, 464 Northeast Ave., Tallmadge , Pastor Paul Markland officiating, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Surrey Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Surrey, ND. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tallmadge First Church of God Building Fund.
