Linda Sue (Bennett) Heilman

Linda Sue (Bennett) Heilman, 64, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on January 11, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on May 26, 1953. Linda drove bus for Waterloo Local Schools. She loved to scrapbook and left her legacy in the form of beautiful albums for her family to cherish. Linda loved spending all of her free time with her grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Jewel and Franklin Bennett. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Raymond "Butch"; their children, Danielle (David) Kraft and Erik (Mandy) Heilman; grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Regan, Dakota, and Bailey; sisters, Syndee and Carla; and niece and nephews, Shelly, Adam, and Vincent. She will be missed greatly and loved by many.
Family and friends may visit on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
