Linda J. Oznowich

Linda J. Oznowich, 75, passed away October 6, 2022. Devoted wife of Butch and mother of Stephen. Born in Bedford, OH to Arthur and Bertha (Sylvanis) MacMonigal, she resided in NE Ohio all of her life. Linda worked for 35 years for Rite Aid, where she was an assistant manager. She enjoyed going on vacations to the beach, day trips to Amish Country, watching the Cleveland Indians and science fiction movies, gardening and spending time with her family.

Linda will be sadly missed by her husband of 50 years, Butch; son, Stephen; brothers, Larry and Tom MacMonigal; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Jack) Arvai, Donna (Rick) Quetsch; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Linda's name to the charity of their choice.
