Linda Lou Watkins

In the radiant glow of life, Linda Lou Watkins danced through the world, leaving behind a trail of laughter, love, and beautiful chaos wherever she went. Born on that crisp December day in 1956 in the charming town of Cambridge, Ohio, Linda burst into this universe with a personality that was as sweet as a summer breeze yet as strong as the wildest storm. She lived her life with vibrant exuberance, embodying the very definition of a free spirit who loved to revel in the simplest pleasures.

Linda’s spirit knew no bounds! This wild, unfiltered soul shared her thoughts and stories openly, telling anything to anyone she encountered, her heart ever generous and warm. She embraced the world with open arms, infusing joy into every moment. Music was her constant companion, dancing in the backdrop of her life and accompanying her deeply loving nature.

As a mother, she showered her beloved son with unwavering support and affection. Her son, Craig Watkins, always cherished his mother’s adventurous spirit, 

Though life brings many farewells, Linda’s departure on April 22, 2025, in New Franklin, Ohio, is not an ending but a celebration of a life fully lived. She is now reunited with her grandmother, Ann (Hill) Weaver, and her beloved parents, Beverly Jean Kinsinger and Floyd Herbert Watkins, who surely welcomed her with open arms. Also embracing her in that cosmic dance are her dear sisters, Rita Kay Watkins, Debra Ann Watkins, and Karen Sue Ollis, who together with Linda created a remarkable tapestry of memories.

Left to carry her spirit forward are her caring sister, Tina Rodriques, her cherished nieces, nephews, and an extensive network of relatives and friends who undoubtedly felt the magic that was Linda Lou Watkins. Her laughter will echo in their hearts, her kindness will linger in their lives, and her free-spirited essence will forever light the way.

May we remember Linda not with sorrow, but with joyful vibrance, celebrating the joyous heart that graced our lives and taught us all to dance to our own rhythms. She is free now, and we can imagine her twirling among the stars, harmonizing with her favorite melodies, embracing eternity with the same wild, loving spirit she shared with us all.
