Lizabeth E. Mervosh (Huff)
Lizabeth E. Mervosh, 88, of Rootstown, passed away September 10, 2012. She was born in Morgantown, WV on July 17, 1924 to the late Prentice and Jeannette Wolfe. She was a member of St. Peter of the Fields Catholic Church. Lizabeth loved her birds and Hartville Kitchen. She was proud of having known Don Knotts in her youth.
Preceded in death by her husband, Stephen; and grandson, Jonathon Szwarc. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, JoAnne (Richard) Szwarc; son, Donald G. Huff; other daughter Elizabeth Cooper; and stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Richard) Naegle; grandchildren, Shannon (#1), Lisa (Stephen), Gary, Shawn (Bekki), Simone (Ludovic), and Dr. Miriam (Troy); and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday September 14 from 10-11 followed by an 11 a.m. funeral mass at St. Peter of the Fields, 3487 Old Forge Rd., Rootstown. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter of the Fields Building Fund.
