Lloyd E. Weimer

Lloyd Eugene Weimer, 92, was promoted to glory to join his wife of 67 years Dolores (Stokes) on Friday, August 11, 2023. He was born on May 16, 1931 to his parents John and Emma Weimer (Lietke) in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He was a member of The Chapel for over 30 years.
He leaves behind his children Lloyd E. Weimer II (Pattye- deceased), Larry E. Weimer (Jeanne), Lance E. Weimer (Monica), and Laraine E. Porter. He had 12 Grandchildren; 16 Great-grandchildren; and 9 Great-great grandchildren.
Lloyd was known for his love and devotion to his family and his business acumen as a real estate broker. Lloyd graduated from Springfield High School then went on to study engineering at Kent State University. He retired from Firestone with 27 years of service.
There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at The Chapel in Green 1800 Raber Rd., Uniontown, OH 44685. Family and friends are welcome for visitation from 11:00AM to 12:00PM with service to begin at 12:00PM. A luncheon will be held in the reception hall after the service.
Lloyd touched the lives of many who knew him and will be missed.
