Lois M. Stover

Lois M. Stover (Casto, Costlow) passed away on March 27, 2023 at Akron General Medical Center after a short illness surrounded by her family. Lois was a life-long resident of Akron, Ohio and a member of Lakeview Christian Church in Portage Lakes. She loved spending time with family, traveling, discussing ancestry, playing cards, bingo and games.
She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Herman Casto, Glenn Casto, and Louise Hawk and son-in-law Bill Humbert. She was widowed twice by husbands Owen Costlow and Paul Stover. She also mourned the loss of her beloved granddaughter Elaine Humbert.
She is survived by her 5 children, 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Guy Costlow(Leslie), Ryan Costlow(Kelli), Ashley Palmer(Adam); Bryan Costlow(Diane), Doug Costlow(Bethany), Becky Warner(Tim), Rachel Todd (Nate); Kathleen Frey, Ronnie Lawson; Gordon Costlow(Connie), Michael Costlow(Lindsay), Tiffany Collette(Mike); Joyce Humbert, Craig Humbert.
Visitation will be held APRIL 11th, Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd Akron., 44305) where services will be held on APRIL 12th, Wednesday at 11:00am with Pastor Jim Gindlesberger officiating.
Interment will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
