Lona Jean Miller

Lona Jean Miller, 67, passed away on April 5, 2022. She was born on August 5, 1954 the daughter of the late Ralph and Gertrude Bigley. Lona was a woman of faith and attended Marlboro Assembly of God. She enjoyed doing crafts and spoiling her best friend Bob, her 4 legged companion. Lona had many achievements but her greatest was her love for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert Miller; and 2 siblings, Peg and Joe.
Lona is survived by her loving family, her children, Bobbi Miller, Mary Miller, and Joe Miller; grandchildren Karley, Kyle, Mersadie, Jennifer, Shelby, and David; great-grandsons Jerimiah and Timothy; sister Mary Matthews; her four-legged companion. Bob; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held Monday at 11:00am.
Interment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
