Lorease M. Starcher, 77, of Akron, passed away March 16, 2006. Throughout her career, Lorease was employed as a dental assistant for Firestone and as a bank teller for Akron National Bank. Lorease was devoted to her family and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Mansour, sister, Isabel and brothers, Joe, Mitchell, and Ernie. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kenneth; sisters, Josephine and Rosemary; brothers, George and Edward; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Summa for all the care given to Lorease. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 12-3 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 12 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church. Everyone please meet at church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
