Lorna B. Cross, "Mama Ice", age 53, she was born on May 5, 1965 and she passed away on December 20, 2018.
Lorna passed away suddenly after fighting two aneurysms. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill, her mother Shirley, and her step-father, George.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin; her son, Douglas; her daughters, Danielle (Justin) and Devin; her grandchildren, Nash and Lyla; her sister, Kimberly Brightwell; and her aunts, uncles, and cousins. She also leaves many beloved friends.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM, Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, where Rev. Gary Smith will celebrate Lorna's life.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family.
