LOUISE A. CUNNINGHAM

Louise A. Cunningham, 80, went to be with the Lord in her sleep at Hospice Care Center on Friday, August 31, 2001. Born in Pennsylvania, she was a lifetime resident of Akron and retired after 35 years at the Akron Clinic. Louise was an active member of the Senior Housing Group and the AARP. She was a very loving mother, devoted to her family, friends, and the Lord. Preceded in death by her son, Randy Cunningham and brother, Richard Leitchener, Louise is survived by daughters, Donna (Bob) Turner of FL and Cheryl Fraley of Barberton; sisters, Phyllis Byrd of FL, Dorothy Weaver of Akron, and Patsy Casto of Barberton; nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; all the friends of the Nimner Building. The family would like to give a special thanks to Rev. William Warner and wife Shorty. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 2nd at 4 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. with visitation from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Rev. William Warner officiating.
