Louise Marie Sparrow
Louise Marie Sparrow passed away February 6, 2005. Marie retired from BF Goodrich, having worked in the factory from 1941-1947 and in the office from 1953-1979. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. In her spare time, Marie enjoyed golf, bowling, and all types of music. She was preceded in death by Lester Sparrow. She is survived by her son, Joseph Sparrow, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Brenda Sparrow Helmacy of Akron; grandchildren, Seann Taylor, Renee (Don) Parker, and Joe Sparrow, Jr., all of Akron; siblings, Rose (John) Sadd of Wickliffe, Josephine (Frank) Genet of Akron, Evelyn (Richard) Stalnaker of Uniontown, Lucille (Richard) Thomann of Akron, Fred (Anne) Shaheen of Fairlawn, and Mary Alice (Jocko) Giordano of Las Vegas; many nieces and nephews who loved her very much. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1580 Brown St.
