Loujuana L. Thompson

Wannie (Loujuana) Thompson, 79, passed away on November 18, 2023. Born on December 29, 1943, Wannie was a 1961 graduate of East High School. She was a 25 year member of the Akron Turner Club. She enjoyed playing cards and laughing with family and friends. Wannie lived her life to the fullest, she never failed to brighten up a room with her infectious smile and laugh. She will always be remembered for the love and kindness she had for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Virginia Thompson; and beloved son Scott Ramey.
Wannie is survived by her loving daughter, Tracy (John) Goodyear; granddaughter Nicole (Brian) Tanner; great-grandchildren Scott Tanner, Keith Tanner, and Travis Tanner; brother Don (Janet Barefield) Thompson; life long friends Barbara and Vicki; and so many special friends.
Per Wannie's wishes a celebration of life will take place.
