Loureva J. Hunt, 82, of Lakemore, went home to be with the Lord on July 20, 2010. She was born August 23, 1927 in Benham, Kentucky to the late C.C. and Grace Cummins. Reva and her husband Harry were the past owners of Reva's Coffee Shop in Lakemore, where they were well-known and loved by everyone. She was a member of Lakemore United Methodist Church. She had a hug and kiss for everyone she met. She was very proud of her family and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; daughters, Cornelia Strittmatter and Billie June; and grandson, Bobby Hull; and six siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Dianna (John) McDowell, Helen Flaim, and Elizabeth (Kenny) Ray; sons, Chris (Patricia), Harry (Lisa), Terry (Lori), and Seth (Debora) Hunt; sister, Pauline Pippin; brother, Dutch (Joan) Cummins; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., Rev. Joel Cochran officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fragile X Foundation at www.fragilex.org, in memory of Loureva Hunt.
